1. What are the payment options for commissions?
We can send your commissions by our company check within 30 days after the cleared sum of your commissions exceeds the minimum transfer amount.
You can also use your commissions to purchase the QVP products offered by our company. To pay by your commissions please contact QVPUSA office.
2. What is the minimum transfer amount?
It is time ineffective to write very small sums of checks. Therefore commissions are credited to your account until they reach the minimum amount. The minimum transfer amount is USD $100.00
3. What is commissions clearance?
To protect credit card holders and prevent affiliate system abuse we will withhold payment of referral fees until they are cleared. All orders for the previous month are automatically cleared on the 25-th day of the next month.
4. I am currently your client and have account in the members area. How can I signup for an affiliate program?
If you already have a member account you should use a special signup link inside your account. This will prevent you from having separate member and affiliate accounts.
5. Do I have to wait until my commissions reach the minimum transfer amount before I can pay with my commissions for your products or services.
No. Any positive credit (cleared commissions) can be used for purchasing our goods and services. If the credit for your commissions is not enough to pay for the product or service you wish to order you can partially pay for order with your credit and the rest of your sum with your credit card.
6. Will my commissions be transferred automatically to my bank account after they will reach the minimum transfer amount?
No. You should login into your Affiliate account and request credit transfer button. We will send you money within 15 calendar days from your request. Request button is inactive if your credit has not yet reached the minimum transfer amount.
7. The links that you provided me for placing on my sites do not contain any affiliate parameters, ids etc. How will your affiliate system track my commissions without tagged links?
Yes, we intentionally designed tag-free affiliate system so that the links on your site will look naturally and the visitor could not determine whether it is an affiliate link or not.
8. How can I check if my affiliate code works correctly?
If you wish to ensure that the system properly tracks customers coming from your site wait until your Partner site is approved by our representative, put affiliate link code on your website OR Emails and click on it. Then login into your affiliate account and check if value of click through counter for your Partner site increased.
9. I click on the banner on my site for testing, but click through quantity does not grow on your site.
Please check if your browser has cookies enabled. Unfortunately there is no way for the affiliate system to track the clicks with cookies disabled. Enable cookies and try again.
10. I operate more than one website. Do I need multiple Affiliate accounts?
No. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all your sites. You can track the progress of each site separately but all commissions are added to your single affiliate account.
11. What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
Drop shipping program
QVPUSA sold TVgo remotes over $55.00 each. Many people value a TVgo around $100.00. If you are a good sales person, and would like to make more money instead of fixed percentage, we will drop ship your order to your customers. You keep all the profit over the cost we agree on.
