QVPUSA --- Quality Value Products ships merchandise under TVgo Store categories worldwide. Ship to USA only for merchandise under Electronics and other categories, unless with other pre-arrangements.
Product Warranty :
All products under TVgo Store category come with a 100 day warranty offered by QVPUSA from the day of your order against material defects and workmanship under normal usage (Except specified differently). Starting from Dec. 10th, 2006, the warranty for TVgo tiny remotes double to 200 days. Products from other manufactures will follow each manufacture’s warranty time. Generally the same as you purchase from retail stores. Contact manufacture directly if you have questions.
Money Back Guarantee:
You may return any of your purchases of QVPUSA products or items under TVgo Store categories within 15 days of your order, with no questions asked. (We would love to know what we can do to improve our products and services, however). We will gladly refund your purchase cost. Shipping & handling fees are NOT refunded. Except specified differently , or special promotion such as on TVgo remotes. See promotion page for details. Products from other manufactures we sell, manufactures might impose a 15% to 25% restocking fee if you decide to return or chose the wrong item, etc. Shipping & handling fees are NOT refunded. However, if we ship the wrong product to you, we will cover all the cost to re-ship you the right product. If the product is defective, please contact the manufacture directly for warranty or replacement. Any questions, email or call us for options / solutions.
About Shipping & Handling Fee :
TVgo Store category : Flat rate shipping starting $3.95 (a few only $1.00) per item. Get 5%, 10% or 15% off if your total is over $50.00, $100.00 or $200.00. Products can be shipped to worldwide. TVgo store shipping rates are low if you compare to industry standards, such as buying on Amazon.com , and Target etc. Always consider S/H fee as your total cost before you make your purchase. It is truly buy more save more when you buy at QVPUSA online store. Shipping & handling fee does not include insurance, we strongly recommend buying the optional shipping insurance at the product option page.
Electronics and other categories : have products that are the same as you buy from retail stores, the same retail packaging, the same warranty from manufactures, etc. Buy more items for more savings. Shipping fee typically increases less than $1.00/each additional pound of shipping weight. Shipping fee might include basic insurance. If you feel buy one item with S/H fee is still a good value, buy more save more!
Price in Electronics category The price might change from day to day. Please put product into shopping cart for today’s price. The same could be truce for other categories except TVgo Store. Your price might increase if you pay with money order or check that requires a few days to be cleared. Please apply QVPUSA store money for instant purchase to avoid price change and get fast delivery.
Shipping Insurance :
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you after the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend you to purchase the optional shipping insurance if offered. You can choose shipping insurance option in each product page when you place your order.
Shipping Methods, Time to Delivery and Back Orders :
No matter what carrier (typically UPS) we use to estimate your order’s shipping cost, we reserve the right to choose other carriers’ similar delivery service to ship your orders, such as Fedex, USPS etc. Some areas might have higher shipping cost, should our system not estimate correctly, we will contact you before we ship the product. We will ship your order within 5 business days after cleaning your payment. We typically ship much faster. Extra security screen might delay your order processing for extra 5 business days.
Back Orders
If a product is temperately out of stock, your order will be in back order. No charge until we deliver your order if you pay with credit cards. New inventory typically will arrive 5 to 15 business days if any. If we can not fill your order within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. Your money will be refunded if you paid with other payment method other than credit cards. If your product is out of stock when you order, we reserve the right to choose equal or better product from other brands. If you only want a specific brand, please let us know with a note in your order.
Your credit card will not be charged unless we have inventory and be able to ship your order. Your credit card will not be charged if we consider the orders are invalid due to various reasons inculding potential fraud, electronic transmission errors etc, etc.,...
